1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or booking a service with Beauty Coach by Shannon ("we," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Educational Services Only
Beauty Coach by Shannon provides educational and instructional services. We are a beauty education studio, not a salon, spa, or medical provider. Nothing offered constitutes cosmetic, medical, or professional service other than instruction.
3. Individual Results Vary
Every student's experience is unique. Results depend on personal skin, features, practice, and application of the techniques taught. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
4. Bookings, Payments & Refunds
Consultations, private classes, and membership are booked in advance. Consultations are refundable if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Private classes and memberships are subject to the refund terms provided at time of booking. Payment is due upon confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Rescheduling & No-Shows
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. No-shows may forfeit the session fee.
6. Membership
Beauty Coach Membership is a one-time or recurring purchase (as elected at signup) that grants access to member-only benefits described on our Membership page. Benefits may evolve over time. Membership is non-transferable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, curricula, tutorials, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Beauty Coach by Shannon. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without written permission.
8. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to any hands-on session. We reserve the right to decline service if it is not in your best interest.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
